RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your VETTORE.STYLE pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unused
• In original condition
• Returned with all original packaging and tags attached

We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear or damage.


Eligible Items

The following categories may be returned:
• Hats
• Apparel
• Footwear
• Accessories


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and limited-availability reasons, we do not accept returns on:
• Jewelry
• Final sale items
• Gift cards


Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the item. Reasons for return.
